Anapana Meditation - Sunday, Feb. 13, 2-3:30 PM Heidi will offer an introduction to Breath Awareness and Vipassana Meditation concluding with a 45 minute practice session. Anyone interested is welcome to attend. For sitting, wear comfortable clothing and bring a cushion, blanket or shawl. |
